Heard at the counter.

It felt like being transported to an earlier time.

Questions

The things people ask.

Can I actually get a seat? +

Yes. Laptops are welcome until ten, then the tables go back to people. You will find a seat.

Is it overpriced? +

A filter coffee is four dollars. Come see the menu before you decide.

Is the coffee going to taste burnt? +

No. We roast light and pour slow. Burnt coffee is rushed coffee.

Do you have WiFi? +

Until ten in the morning. After that, the record is the only signal.

Can I bring a book? +

Please.
